I had one other Police officer with me. In the police Court I said
I went with one man only. I never mentioned fokis in the plural.
I handcuffed accused because I was afraid he would resist. I did
not instruct to handcuffing of the other two.

When arresting a man I tell him the crime of which he is suspected,
telling him the place. I would tell him the person if I knew the
person. I did not know the name of the injured man at that time. The informer did not tell me the name of the injured man. I did not
get my information from the station but from the informer. I know
that a man was wanted for wounding in Chinese 3t. I did not mention
any name to accused when I charged him.
